Adults:
Monday Nights, 7:45 - 9:30pm (General)
Wednesday Nights, 6:45 - 8:15pm (Beginners)
Wednesday Nights, 8:00 - 9:30pm (General)
Sunday Mornings, 9:00 - 11:00am (General)
Children:
A childrens class is run at the same time as the beginners class (Wednesday at 6:45pm to 8:15pm).
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class to allow time to get changed and on the mat in time for the start of class.
